The Holiday Festival of the Arts is a five-week-long indoor arts festival featuring 100 artisans from our region. Aside from vendors selling their wares, the festival boasts live music and workshops for children on the weekends.
The twofold purpose of the Holiday Festival is to encourage and support the creation and sale of locally produced fine art and crafts while providing an opportunity to connect artists and craftspeople with the general public. This juried festival pursues top quality original arts and crafts and seeks excellence in presentation. Festival proceeds support the visual arts in the region through Allied Arts of Whatcom County’s general and educational programs, community arts events, gallery shows, and artist resources.

HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS is an annual shopping event that I hope you’ll enjoy as much as we love putting it on for you. After trying out a few different locations over the years, the show has finally settled in at the absolutely gorgeous Bellingham Cruise Terminal on Bellingham Bay. This year promises a fabulous selection of seasonal creations to trim your “Home for the Holidays”, distinctive gift items, a few shabby antiques and delightfully delicious gourmet foods. The vendors who participate have been hand picked for their very special creativity. They are a collection of some of the very best in the Northwest.

Welcome to the Burlington Edison High School Craft Fair. We are in our 26th year of providing an outstanding venue for local artists and crafters to sell their hand made gifts and collectibles. The arts and crafts for sale are just one awesome part of this event held in the Burlington, WA high school gym, cafeteria and field house. There are concessions, a raffle for fabulous gift baskets and volunteer opportunities for the students.
The BEHS Craft Fair benefits band program’s for high school band. This includes uniforms, instruments, field trips and special instruction opportunities.
Please consider attending and selling your hand made items for this year’s craft fair on November 5th, 2016.
Our Fall Festival will feature local craftspeople and artisans, produce and handmade items donated by church members. The Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, 1720 Harris Avenue, Bellingham Washington. Vendor tables will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The SpringHill Suites Bellingham will host its third annual ArtNight event Friday, October 14 from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. partnering with Allied Arts of Whatcom County to bring the local art scene to hotel guests and the surrounding community. The night will also include appetizers and great jazz music performed by The Anissa Jazz Trio.
Serving as a space for creativity and inspiration, The SpringHill Suites Bellingham will give guests and neighbors the unique opportunity to connect and appreciate great art. Allied Arts of Whatcom County will display various local art to help bring a taste of local talent into the hotel for the evening.
Twenty three local artists and artisans will exhibit their artwork during this fall weekend event. Support local talent and start your holiday shopping early. Follow the Blaine Harbor Art Gallery Facebook page to see the work of all participating artists leading up to the event.
